As much as I love the current state of the sport of drifting I much prefer seeing the videos of those crazy Japanese dudes doing it up in the mountains on those skinny-arse roads. Not as much fun to watch knowing that theres those 700+ horsey-naynay cars are built specifically only to drift on a track... Still seriously cool though!

Will post links when I get to a PC but I just finished watching the build of Matt Fields Corvette, it’s on the donut media YouTube channel. Carbon/Kevlar body. Heaps of cool tricks and cage building etc etc.

Here’s how Bluss won Formula D Atlanta; https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6zOvWIuMI_E he drives a BMW with a LS motor, he beat a S14, 3 S15s powered by 2JZs and then beats a Carolla. Pretty cool to watch even if you’d not into how it’s judged. The final battle the cars are SO close through the first corner.

It is cool that there's that wheel spoke with a sticker on it, makes it easier to see what he's actually doin with the back wheels.

Hert is a very entertaining fella, though I find most of the videos those guys film at that loading dock to be fairly boring, I much rather the ones where they're out on the track getting up to shennanigans  Did Hert end up swapping his rx back to rotary from ls? I think I heard something about that. Also he's got a mate who's wheelchair-bound and does drifting with only hand controls, that's is insane to me! I think it's a 240 that guy drives.

I'll have to work my way through those links, love me some drifting.
