My mate Bruce was telling on the phone today about the Police using the new Mustang as a Police car, Looks like the were putting one around there high speed track and after two laps they boil the gearbox So unless they fix it they are not be using the as Highway Patrol cars, Only see two here one unmarked white one and one wrapped in the candy marking, There is two new unmarked cars a dark metallic gold Ford and a Dark green almost black colour Holden.
Sounds like a job I've been doing with a mate of mine!
He scored this '04 BA Falcon wagon for a bargain , bloke said it was running a bit rough.
Turns out the tranny was overheating and the trans fluid ended up in the radiator via the cooler
Engine flush, Replaced radiator, put in a heavy duty trans cooler, serviced the engine and trans and now she runs like a charm yes! .
It's a dedicated LPG model and getting that inspected prior to rego renewal
I have been feeling like an EJ engine lately.... flat! (lame subby joke)
I was off sick for a few days last week so I spent a little time modelling.
Had to finish the repairs on the 2 utes that went missing for a few months... man that still p's me off
The repairs are almost done, just need to fit the wheels to the new chassis', fit the windows, decal the windows, mount the bodies to the chassis', mount the utes to the case, mount the drivers to the case and done... sounds like a lot but really, it's just timing now. can't rush the glue or decal drying, so once the windows are fit and the decals done... it will only take 1-2hrs to get them ready to deliver... again.
I have the 2 bushranger utes on the go, they are in prep stage.
Also I have the VS commodore and GTR R35 in my possession to do the 2 Donut King cars for Adam Beechey. I should have bench space clear this weekend to start breaking those down.
Been so busy this past weekend, I need a weekend to recover.
Friday we were out most of the day, as seems to be the case every friday... once we picked the kids up from school (we being me, Mrs Bodgy and baby Bodgy - Harley), we had to get them ready to drop at a friends place who was taking them out for their daughters birthday party. a few hours at intencity and dinner afterwards. Mrs bodgy and I spent several hours trying to decide what to have for dinner since we were older kid less.... ended up having dinner AFTER they got home around 830 lol... took us that long to decide.
Sat was crazy, footy gala day with first game at 830, 2nd at 1030 last at 1130. and of course, it was raining.. yay joy! Blake predicted he would score a try this weekend and said the 2nd game would be his best. someone has already asked what his prediction for the melbourne cup is, because he had a blinder 2nd game and got his try in that game! he also got man of the match for the day because he has really improved. so much so, we bought him a footy, a kicking tee and new boots. normally it only costs us a few bucks on micro footy figures if he plays well lol
After footy, home and get changed to take my daughter to an ice skating party. then the rest of us had to kill 2 hrs until she finished... no point going home and coming back since it's 30 minutes from home anyway.
Sunday, up early again, and down to sydney for another birthday party... a bean bag cinema party. so again, me, Mrs Bodgy and Harley had to kill 2.5hrs around Mount Druitt.
Having lived their for 21 years, I HATE going back to that sh1thole.
today is a new week, i have plans to get motivated this week...
On another note...
These Bushranger FG's and Donut King builds, are my last commissioned builds
I have 2 FG's still to do for a good mate but those keep getting pushed back in favour of other jobs, they will be done after these paying jobs and then i'm done.
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you
Jezz it sounds like you don't have time to scratch yourself
also sounds like the joys of bringing up three little ones just think you still got one not playing sports yet. It maybe stressing now but there would be times as you watch them they will bring a smile to you and joy. yes!

I well up with tears of pride all the time mate.
When Blake gets a good run in footy, i get so full of pride, i nearly leak... when he got his first try from a run that was about 3/4 length of the field, i did leak!
When my daughter does well at physie, placing or not... I do the same.
I'm a very proud dad
