VIC help

Post by bodgybro »

I sent 4 model utes to dandenong, they have not travelled well...
1 has the chassis come away from the body and tail lights fell off, another has a few decals/stickers lifting.. i am guessing heat affected.
I need someone in the area to go fix them for me if they can, happy to pay for time and tools needed.
If not, i will have to get them couriered back, fix and then hand deliver... worse case, i will have to fly down and fix them. that's gunna cost me big $'s tho :(
Tiger air $99 each way plus buses form the airport to dandenong... and I did these 4 for no profit :/

Whats more important money or your reputation ??

If it was me I would have flown out over the weekend and fixed them.
You have to back you're product 100%
Even if that means you fly over Australia and hand deliver, too much time and effort involved to be damaged in transport.

Just my 2 cents and opinion.

I get your 2c and I do think that way as well but he screwed me on price by tricking me with lies, and then someone else was rushing me to finish them for him. so I kind of feel it's karma.
was not my doing to be like this. was done in transport but still... I didn't deliver them so it does come back on me.
I might end up taking a road trip.. probably courier them back to me, fix them and then road trip them down.

nope, he is ignoring me now.
I have asked him to send me pics of the damage from all 4 so i can sort out what I need to fix or put them back in the box and i will organise a courier to bring them back to me, fix them and drive them down.... he's ignoring me completely.
He hasn't replied to my emails, I see when he is active on facebook and messenger, so I message him and he does not reply.
I can't do any more than i have tried to do... so unless he gets back to me, I'm done chasing him.
