That sounds like a fin idea! I'll have to scrounge around for an inline 6.. I swear I had one somewhere

I decided my lungs weren't NEARLY sparkly enough tonight so I did some painting

Pre-heavy clear so the gold flake is trickier to see


After a fat layer of plain clear from a rattle can, ready for drying for a few warm days then polish I guess, never done that before








Alclad-ed the little plumbing too, just gonna do some blue and red spots on the fittings I rekon


Done the interior in a tan colour quickly, nothing special.

Give it at least a week before you wet sand or polish.

Yeah Hilux is sitting aside for a bit

Pulled this think out and painted a bum-stripe over some crappy bits where nikko pen has somehow risen to the top of the yellow :s Dunno how that happened... The rest can either stay there or be covered with BMF, ain't going back and repainting the whole thing lol





Also been using an old photo frame and a weird non-flat ruler stuffed into it to aid in the taping process.



Next is polishing I guess... super new to that so I'll fumble my way through it somehow... Hopefully wont mess up too bad
