Got something to share/show
Re: Got something to share/show
Thank's will watch that tonight, Ya some people do great Diorama's.
Had a quick look on U-tube about this Sherman and they said that the top of the Tank is to smooth for a cast top, One used a mix of water and putty to rough it up a bit other used Primer out of a small bottle which look's the easy way to do it.
As I said it will be awhile before I get to it and going to look at more on weathering up Tank's with Artist Oil Paints, Did pick up one thing reading a magazine that once the Tank is built they clear coat the Tank with gloss clear put the decals on then weather the Tank up then put flat clear over it. Find out little bits all the time.

I’m playing with layers on the FG Zaku to help protect finishes. Mostly using enamel and lacquer paint.
I’ve seen the oil drops then blend technique get great effects but I’m sticking with the stuff I’ve already purchased

Another tank, at least it’s not another Sherman stirrer
I bought my self some presents with my tax and for my Brithday the other week. They all finally arrived this week.

Lots of weathering effects

Final spent the money and invested in these. The RX-78 that Mig builds is amazing!

More 30mm stuff which was all on sale

Here’s the 3 kits that I really want to build by the end of the year. Already made a quick start on the HG
