Yeah TS-30 will be the one I reckon.
It will change again when clear coated. Do that today.

Not one ray of sunshine outside to day, so much for showing in natural light. :x

Ok next problem... any ideas on the Caltex green?
I used AS-1 Dark Green... it's not quite right, i'll put up a pipc when it dries to touch. I have done 1 side skirt with silver and 1 with white. will see if it makes any difference.
I was just going to do a whole bonnet decal but I have to do the side skirts in the same colour so it's better to do paint.

I think it's coming together nicely at the moment.
Got the silver done, did the black roof.
Just need to sort the caltex green out for the bonnet, skirts and lower front bar..... i tried to take a pic of the skirts, 1 with white base and 1 with silver. it is noticeable in person but on camera, they looke xcatly the same. it's looking like silver base tho. i'll stick the skirts on later for a mock up and see what y'all think

pullinghair
Im guessing here, but maybe you went a bit heavy with the clear.
Got to sneak up on the paint at first just super light coats and let them dry.
Got to be patient when using TS-13 its finicky sometimes

That is a first thought Luke but this was a really light mist coat, i waited 20 minutes and went back to do another mist and found this had happened.
Wondered if it was the amount of moisture in the air as last night was a crap night, still 30 odd at 2am.
But this was in the fan room at work which is always perfect for painting so i am at a lose.
I plan to redo the torquoise, once I am happy with that, I will re do the white sides and black roof, clear coat all that, then do the silver leaf. altho that does worry me since I don't want to do all that and then have it go white again when i clear coat it all with decals on :/

Maybe try normal silver under the silvers so if it "dilutes" there is still silver under it to help keep it solid?
You will have to clear coat before the decals, better to find out before decals.
